GUAN Jianming, Associate Professor in Faculty of English Language and Culture of GDUFS, Ph.D. of Literature from School of Foreign Languages in Nanking University. He serves as Adjunct Researcher in the Institute of Foreign Literature and Culture with his oversea research experience including the outbound study in both Westminster University of London and Macau Polytechnic University. His research interests lie in Anglo-American Literature, American Multiethnic Literature, diasporic English Literature as well as 20^th and 21^st century Western Critical Theories. Until now he has got more than 20 critical papers published in those magazines such as Foreign Literature Studies (Wuhan) and Foreign Literature (Beijing), and presided over many teaching and research projects in GDUFS and participated in lots of Teaching Reform projects in Guangdong Province. Furthermore, Main courses he has taught include An Introduction to English Literature (I)、Contemporary British Society and Culture、A Brief Introduction to Western Civilization and Western Literary Theories and Critical Practices and etc.
